Identity verification, property checks, analytics, documents, fund movement, execution records, ownership transfer — inside one system, with transparent status at every checkpoint. The agent stays — as expert and driving force along the route — but works within the system, not in place of it. You don't lose control at the seams between people and services.

Launch — UAE. The only market where identity, payments, regulatory clarity, and international capital demand meet the technical foundation: UAE PASS, instant payments, DLD/RERA regulation. Next — the GCC. Then markets with digital registries and mature infrastructure. Expansion follows regulatory and technical readiness, not a passing window.

On registration — a personal referral link. From that moment, you invite participants into the system and build your own team. After launch, once the platform executes real transactions, payment pools form — common and personal. The common pool distributes across the referral network, proportional to participant position (Level). The personal pool goes directly to the team owner.

atlas charges nothing for use — a success-fee model.

We sell nothing and promote no individual properties or segments. Our reputation and position don't depend on the final decision — which is why atlas only transforms primary DLD data into a clear, usable form.

atlas operates under UAE PDPL (Federal Law No. 45 of 2021), GDPR, and UK GDPR. A Data Protection Officer is appointed. Data categories, processing purposes, retention periods, and cross-border transfers are fixed in the privacy policy. Data subject rights — access, correction, erasure, portability — are procedurally guaranteed. Processing agreements are in place with every partner that handles data.
